Customer is having a hard time getting hot water to the upstairs radiator. I recommended that he should get a circulation pump for the upstairs. Customer says he will do it on his own.
The customer reported their heating system was not emitting warm air and was making unusual sounds. Upon inspection, I identified a faulty ignitor (model IG1121) and a worn blower motor (model BM2123) as the culprits. I replaced the ignitor and blower motor, then recalibrated the system for optimal performance. Post-repair, the heater resumed producing warm air quietly and efficiently.
For this job, the customer was having problems with no hot water. So I diagnosed the electric water heater to find, the heating element was bad. So I talked to the customer what I found, and I recommend replacing the heating element and the thermostat. With the customer’s permission, I created an estimate for both parts, and she gave the OK to have them replace After removing the bad parts, and installing the new ones, I checked the operation of the water heater and found it Working properly. I did not find any other issues with this system The water heater is working in normal operation
For this job, the system would light the burners, and would stay running for a couple seconds, then shut off. Checking the plane sensor, I found it pretty dirty, and the readings were low. After cleaning the flame sensor, I proceeded to check the furnace and found the operation working in normal condition. The furnace lit up and stayed running. I could not find any other issues with the system. The furnace is working in normal operation

For this job, I replaced the relief valve on the water heater. After I install the park, I noticed there was a shut off valve leaking above the water heater. After talking to the customer about replacing that valve, he gave me the OK to have that done. After replacing the shut off valve for the upstairs, turning the water back on, I checked for leaks, and found none. After bleeding the waterlines to the kitchen and bathrooms sink, I did not find any other issues with this system. I did notice there was two other valves had corrosion and I talked to the customer about replacing those valves when they start leaking. He said, when the wood burner goes out, He would like for us to do a couple things on the waterline. As of right now, he does not want those valves replace.

Found glass fuse in bottom of water heater to be blown. Also found chimney had no chimney liner. Told customer they would need a chimney liner and new glass fuse. Customer refused chimney liner and we will not repair glass fuse until chimney liner is installed.
Replaced water line in crawlspace and up to sink. Need to return to replace a small section of 1/4 line under sink to improve water flow from the faucet.
Tried to make repair to water line. Waterline is very old and will not cooperate. Need to return with 3/4 pex and a small bit of 1/2 to redo water line from water heater. Capped waterline for a temporary repair.
Performed tune up on furnace. Found customer needs a new thermostat. Customer will supply and install their own.
Installed customer supplied water softener and verified proper operation.
For this job the furnace would try to light, but the gas valve would not come on. so blowing in to the pressure switch, I turned the system back on, and the furnace lit up and stayed running I recommend to the customer having their annual tuneup done, because that could’ve been prevented if they had their tuneup done. I did not find any other issues with the system
