When arriving at the customers house, I turn the thermostat down 10°. Then she took me outside to check the AC system when I got there both fan and compressor was running so I put my gauges on to check for pressure and I found that my saturation temp is at 23°. And I also saw that they need about 4 pounds of R22. The system is 20+ years old and definitely showing sign of age. I recommend the customer getting a new AC system and she wanted estimates to discuss with her husband. They will give us a call on which way they want to go.

Seth M.
When I arrived at the customer’s house, they told me that the AC is working. The customer said he change the battery on the thermostat and it came on. So I went ahead and checked the temp split and found it good. They was gonna get the gold plan but they cancel. They want a new filter. So I gave them one. I wasn’t able to charge them a diagnostic fee because they was gonna get the gold plan, so to be fair with them I just charged them service fee and the new filter. Filter size is 16 x 25 x 5 Honeywell.

Checked water heater and found that there was a fitting leaking on the top of the water heater which was causing water to run into the electrical connection causing it to sort out. Wires were slightly damaged so I cut out back sections and re-wired and replaced the leaking fittings on top of the water heater. Customer also wanted the whole house shut off replaced due to it not closing all the way so I replaced that with thee other fittings and verified everything was leak free when the city turn the water back on.

Came to the house to find the system was turned off. I removed the doors off the trailer house furnace then turn on the thermostat and found the AC working. I checked the pressure on the AC system and found it to be good on pressure and also found the unit is dirty. I told the customer that it need to be clean and she didn’t want us to do it the customer filter was dirty so she had some filter with her and she replaced it, the system is working great

Drew T.
Went to a job at a residential home to repair their air conditioning system. Upon arrival, found that the suction accumulator was not working properly. Replaced the suction accumulator and made sure the system was working correctly again before leaving.
Start by making sure that your thermostat is powered on and functioning properly. Try turning on your HVAC by turning on the thermostat and adjusting the temperature. Check the circuit breaker and make sure the switch is working properly if it won't turn on. Restart it if you discover that it tripped. This ought to resolve the issue.
Also, coil air returns in the HVAC system aid in filtering the air entering your home. These filters require cleaning at least twice a year. However, you might need to clean the filters more than twice a year, depending on how the system is used.
If the water heater is replaced with the same style and size, the cost typically ranges from $810 to $1,656, with an average cost of $1,217. Permit fees and carpentry work are additional expenses that may raise the overall cost of a water heater replacement by $50 to $1,500 or more.
