Same day, which was nice. Thought it was a little pricey. Thought employee was not very friendly…..but he did his job effectively and efficiently. Not sure if they stand by their job…..based on my question to the employee at the wend and ohs response.

When arriving at the customers house, I turn down the thermostat 10°. Then I went to the furnace room to check the filter because the customer did not have AC in the house. I found the filter to be clean, so I proceeded to check the AC unit to find the compressor running, but the fan was not. So I proceeded to check the capacitor readings, and I was not able to find any readings in the capacitor. So informing the customer in what had happened, they gave me the OK to replace the capacitor. After installing the capacitor, the compressor and the fan came on. Checking the air temp, I found the system to be working great.

We were contacted by a customer who needed their air conditioning system repaired. Upon arrival, inspected the system and found that the suction accumulator did not work. To restart the system, we replaced the suction accumulator with a new one. The unit is now running as it should for the home.

Customer said that furnace would work fine after a reset and this shows that the motor was most likely over heating and cutting out. Advised customer to run furnace with new filter and see if problem goes away. If not we will need to replace the motor. Also cleaned flame sensor in garage furnace and verified proper operation.

Arrived and found that pressure switch was bad brought issue to customer and customer wanted it repair got furnace running and found blower motor over amping and make it a loud noice also igniter was reading low and had a lot of build up on it customer is going to wait on those issues at this time emailed Custer estimate for repairs

Customer is also having problems with the toilet and will be deciding on whether she will be rebuilding current or replacing it. Need to follow up with customer to set appointment up further.

Found the busted waterline against the wall in the crawlspace I was able to cut out bad section and replace with pex. I verified everything was like free and put the insulation pack up against the wall. Customer had a leaky flapper on her bathroom toilet I was not able to stop it from leaking and did not have any flappers that I was aware of on the truck so I told her to go to the hardware store to grab a 2 inch flapper and be sure that there is about a half inch of play in the handle when it’s installed.
